Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer with 0-2 years of experience who is well-versed in agile methodology. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, creative, and possess a passion for software development. Your primary responsibilities will include developing new features, maintaining our current code base, testing application systems, gathering client feedback, and collaborating with management to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
· Develop new features and functionalities for our software applications

· Maintain and enhance the existing code base

· Test application systems and troubleshoot issues

· Gather and analyze client feedback to improve software performance

· Collaborate with management to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes

· Generate reports to communicate project progress and results

· Write comprehensive code documentation for future reference

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:

· NSC certificate with Mathematics

· University degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

· 0-2 years of experience in software development

· Knowledge of agile methodology

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in the following programming languages: Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL

· Familiarity with XML, REST API, and RPC API (preferred)

· Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles

· Experience with version control systems

Remuneration: R14 000.00 – R20 000.00 Per Month (Negotiable)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a BDM with 2-5 years of experience who is well spoken and energetic. The
ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, organised, goal driven, and possess a passion for sales and
client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with management to
deliver successful outcomes with on-boarding new business and clients as well as servicing
existing clients in every division of the company.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Management, Communications or similar is beneficial but not
necessary.
Minimum of 2-5 years in business development and sales, of which at least 2 years in
account management.
Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
Strong conceptual skills with the distinct ability to contribute at a strategic level and the
ability to integrate BD and Sales activities with operational priorities and activities.
Good experience in credit and lending dealing with SMEs and/or business clients
Strong public speaking skills & networking skills
Strong commercial orientation and business acumen
Experience in litigation funding is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
– Own and build relationships with clients and manage relationships
Business Development/Account Management:
Responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers and lead generation via the
marketing team
Represent the business in public forums, networking events, and others as necessary, as a
face of the business
Identify opportunities and engage to source new partners, merchants, networks, banks, or
other online lending platforms through which the company can grow its client base
Manage, maintain, and develop new and existing marketing channels
Ensure consistent and quality support for all referrals and business partners
Drive new and existing channel development to sustain business growth
Work with lead generation and acquisition agencies to deliver customer growth and
engagement in line with targets
Regular reporting against department objectives and annual calendar
Prepare updates, reports, and presentations when requested
Market Research:
Regularly provide field-originated market intelligence and feedback regarding trends,
industry needs, and customer preferences that assist in marketing and planning of
initiatives to develop both new and existing accounts. Utilise this research to propose new
channels/directions/products that the business should explore to improve market share
Monitor relevant competitor activity and take appropriate action if required
Sales and Marketing campaigns
Identify suitable marketing events for each area of responsibility
Evaluate all marketing campaigns in agreement with the Marketing department
Track trends and use insights to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing
campaigns
Identifying measurement and reporting tools to maximise feedback and results from
marketing campaigns
Manage the BD, sales, and marketing campaigns within approved costs, quality, and
timelines
